Распоряжение Президента Азербайджанской Республики
О назначении председателей ряда судов первой инстанции
Руководствуясь пунктом 32 статьи 109 Конституции Азербайджанской Республики, постановляю:
1.Назначить председателями судов первой инстанции следующих лиц:
Набиева Махмуда Юсиф оглу - председателем Бакинского суда по тяжким преступлениям
Алиева Натига Мурсал оглу - председателем Лянкяранского суда по тяжким преступлениям
Сулейманова Али Зия оглу - председателем Джалилабадского военного суда
Кязымова Эльчина Мамед оглу - председателем Лянкяранского районного суда
2. Настоящее Распоряжение вступает в силу с 1 января 2016 года.
