Your Excellency,
On behalf of the people of Latvia and myself, please accept our deepest condolences to you and to the people of Azerbaijan over the tragic fire on an oil platform in the Gunashli field.
Our hearts go out to the families of victims and our wishes for a rapid recovery to those who were injured.
