Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan mədəniyyətinin inkişafındakı xidmətlərinə görə aşağıdakı şəxslərə Azərbaycan Respublikasının fəxri adları verilsin:
