Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan mədəniyyətinin inkişafında müstəsna xidmətlərinə və dünya təsviri sənət xəzinəsinə layiqli töhfələrinə görə Tahir Teymur oğlu Salahova Azərbaycan Respublikasının Heydər Əliyev Mükafatı verilsin.
