“Ovçuluq haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 11-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Ovçuluq haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2004, № 5, maddə 316; 2005, № 4, maddə 272; 2008, № 6, maddə 460; 2014, № 11, maddə 1355) 2.3-cü maddəsi aşağıdakı redaksiyada verilsin:
“2.3. Su hövzələrində balıq və digər su bioresurslarının ovu “Balıqçılıq haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu ilə tənzimlənir.”.
