Распоряжение Президента Азербайджанской Республики
Об изменении места работы председателя Нахчыванского городского суда Г.М.Мамедова
В соответствии с пунктами 9 и 32 статьи 109 Конституции Азербайджанской Республики и частью второй статьи 97 Закона Азербайджанской Республики «О судах и судьях» постановляю:
Освободив Гусейна Мамед оглу Мамедова от должности судьи и председателя Нахчыванского городского суда, назначить его судьей и председателем Суда по тяжким преступлениям Нахчыванской Автономной Республики.
