Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
“Fitosanitar nəzarəti haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun tətbiq edilməsi barədə” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2006-cı il 2 avqust tarixli 441 nömrəli Fərmanının (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2006, № 8, maddə 667; 2007, № 6, maddə 613; 2010, № 3, maddə 186, № 5, maddə 402) 1.20-ci bəndi ləğv edilsin.
