Bakı şəhərində Zığ Gəmi Təmiri Zavodunun tikintisi ilə bağlı tədbirlər haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndinirəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Bakı şəhərində Zığ Gəmi Təmiri Zavodunun tikintisini başa çatdırmaq məqsədi ilə Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2014-cü il dövlət büdcəsində nəzərdə tutulmuş Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin ehtiyat fondundan
“Azərbaycan Xəzər Dəniz Gəmiçiliyi” Qapalı Səhmdar Cəmiyyətinə 10,0 (on) milyon manat ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində göstərilən məbləğdə maliyyələşməni müəyyən olunmuş qaydada təmin etsin.
