“Daşınmaz əmlakın dövlət reyestri haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 13-cü və 15-ci bəndlərini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Daşınmaz əmlakın dövlət reyestri haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2004, № 8, maddə 603; 2006, № 6, maddə 482; 2007, № 8, maddə 745; 2008, № 3, maddə 154; 2009, № 12, maddə 948; 2011, № 11, maddə 983; 2012, № 6, maddə 509, № 7, maddə 688, № 11, maddə 1053; 2013, №6, maddə 607, №7, maddə 791) 6.3-cü maddəsində “ASAN xidmət” mərkəzlərində” sözləri “müvafiq icra hakimiyyəti orqanının tabeliyində olan müvafiq qurumlarda” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
