Административные правила мест заключения распространены на досудебные разбирательства
Внутренние административные правила мест заключения под стражей распространены на досудебные разбирательства.
Сделано это было решением №267 Кабинета министров Азербайджана от 31 июля, которым внесены поправки во внутренние административные правила мест заключения, утверждённые решением №63 от 26 февраля 2014 года.
Отныне административные правила следственных изоляторов распространяются на лица, находящиеся под досудебным разбирательством и на этапе принятия судебного решения. Помимо этого, внутренние административные правила мест временного содержания действуют и для тех лиц, арест которых был продлён.
