Bakı şəhəri Sabunçu Rayon Məhkəməsinin hakimi S.Ə.Ağayevin səlahiyyətlərinə vaxtından əvvəl xitam verilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Məhkəmə-Hüquq Şurasının təklifini nəzərə alaraq, Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini, habelə “Məhkəmələr və hakimlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun 113-cü maddəsinin ikinci hissəsinin 11-ci bəndini və 114-cü maddəsinin üçüncü hissəsini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Bakı şəhəri Sabunçu Rayon Məhkəməsinin hakimi Süleyman Əhməd oğlu Ağayevin səlahiyyətlərinə vaxtından əvvəl xitam verilsin.
2. Bu Sərəncam imzalandığı gündən qüvvəyə minir.
