Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2014-cü il 7 may tarixli 160 nömrəli Fərmanı ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti yanında Bilik Fondunun Nizamnaməsi”nin 5.4-cü bəndinə uyğun olaraq qərara alıram:
