“Kəşfiyyat vəəks-kəşfiyyat fəaliyyəti haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə

Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 20-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Kəşfiyyat və əks-kəşfiyyat fəaliyyəti haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2004, № 8, maddə 601; 2006, № 2, maddə 64, № 3, maddə 221; 2007, № 11, maddə 1078; 2008, № 8, maddə 710; 2010, № 3, maddə 172) 7.2.9-cu maddəsində “buraxılan şəxslərin öyrənilməsi” sözləri “buraxılacaq şəxslər barədə yoxlama tədbirlərinin “Dövlət sirri haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununa uyğun olaraq keçirilməsi” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
