“Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin xüsusi nümayəndəlikləri haqqında Əsasnamə”nin təsdiq edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. “Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin xüsusi nümayəndəlikləri haqqında Əsasnamə” təsdiq edilsin (əlavə olunur).
2. Mərkəzi və yerli icra hakimiyyəti orqanları və dövlət qurumları Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin xüsusi nümayəndəliyi təşkil edilmiş müvafiq ərazilərdə fəaliyyətlərini Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin müvafiq ərazidəki xüsusi nümayəndəsi ilə əlaqələndirilmiş qaydada həyata keçirirlər.
3. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti bu Fərmandan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsin.
