Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 10-cu bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2008-ci il 1 fevral tarixli 541-IIIQ nömrəli Qanunu (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2008, № 3, maddə 157, № 10, maddə 886; 2013, № 7, maddə 792; 2014, № 11, maddə 1348; 2019, № 2, maddə 188) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Dənizçinin şəxsiyyət sənədinin təsviri”nin yeddinci abzasında və “Dənizçinin şəxsiyyət sənədinin nümunəsi (arxa tərəfi)”ndə “ADMINISTRATION” sözü “AGENCY” sözü ilə əvəz edilsin.
