Руководствуясь пунктом 23 статьи 109 Конституции Азербайджанской Республики, постановляю:
За большие заслуги в развитии нефтяной промышленности Азербайджана и многолетнюю плодотворную деятельность наградить Хошбахта Баги оглу Юсифзаде орденом «Гейдар Алиев».
