Azərbaycan estradasının inkişafındakı xidmətlərinə görə aşağıdakı şəxslərə “Xalq artisti” fəxri adı verilsin:
Ağayeva Tünzalə Qabil qızı
Mirbabayev Mir Yusif Mir Heydər oğlu
Nəcəfova Röyalə Yaqub qızı.
