2019-cu ilin Azərbaycan Respublikasında “Nəsimi ili” elan edilməsi ilə əlaqədar Bakı Şəhər İcra Hakimiyyətinin həyata keçirəcəyi bir sıra tədbirlərin maddi təminatı haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. “Nəsimi ili” çərçivəsində Bakı Şəhər İcra Hakimiyyətinin həyata keçirəcəyi tədbirlərin maddi təminatı üçün Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2019-cu il dövlət büdcəsində nəzərdə tutulmuş Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin ehtiyat fondundan Bakı Şəhər İcra Hakimiyyətinə 1,0 (bir) milyon manat ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində göstərilən məbləğdə maliyyələşməni təmin etsin.
