Xüsusi qayğıya ehtiyacı olan uşaqlara və digər şəxslərə göstərilən sosial xidmətlərin genişləndirilməsi üçün əlavə tədbirlər haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. “Sosial xidmət haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununa uyğun olaraq, xüsusi qayğıya ehtiyacı olan uşaqlara və digər şəxslərə göstərilən sosial xidmətlərin (günərzi, sosial reabilitasiya, psixoloji, surdoloji və digər dəstək xidmətləri) genişləndirilməsi məqsədilə Azərbaycan Respublikasının Əmək və Əhalinin Sosial Müdafiəsi Nazirliyinə Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2019-cu il dövlət büdcəsində nəzərdə tutulmuş Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin ehtiyat fondundan 5,0 (beş) milyon manat ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində göstərilən məbləğdə maliyyələşməni təmin etsin.
