Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “Bakı Dövlət Universitetinin və Azərbaycan Dövlət İqtisad Universitetinin yenidən təşkili haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2017-ci il 21 iyun tarixli 3020 nömrəli Sərəncamının tətbiqi ilə əlaqədar qərara alıram:
“Azərbaycan Dövlət İqtisad Universitetinə özünüidarə statusunun verilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2002-ci il 12 iyun tarixli 949 nömrəli Sərəncamı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2002, № 6, maddə 356) ləğv edilsin.
