Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Naxçıvan Dövlət Universitetinin 50 illik yubileyi münasibətilə və təhsilin inkişafındakı xidmətlərinə görə Naxçıvan Dövlət Universitetinin aşağıdakı əməkdaşlarına “Əməkdar müəllim” fəxri adı verilsin:
