Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
“Dövlət rüsumu haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun tətbiq edilməsi barədə” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2001-ci il 26 dekabr tarixli 621 nömrəli Fərmanının (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2001, № 12, maddə 767; 2006, № 12, maddə 1057; 2008, № 9, maddə 798; 2012, № 6, maddə 547, № 12, maddə 1271; 2013, № 11, maddə 1327, № 12, maddə 1510; 2014, № 4, maddə 360; 2016, № 1, maddə 43, № 5, maddə 883, № 9, maddə 1463, № 11, maddə 1807; 2017, № 3, maddə 370, № 5, maddə 757, № 7, maddə 1377) 2.3-cü bəndində “2.0.1 – 2.0.11-ci maddələr” sözləri “2-ci maddə” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
