V.R.Abdullayevin Əmanətlərin Sığortalanması Fondunun İcraçı direktorunun müavini təyin edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “Əmanətlərin sığortalanması haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun 9.1-ci maddəsinə uyğun olaraq qərara alıram:
1. Vüqar Rafik oğlu Abdullayev Əmanətlərin Sığortalanması Fondunun İcraçı direktorunun müavini təyin edilsin.
2. Əmanətlərin Sığortalanması Fondunun İcraçı direktoru təyin olunana qədər həmin vəzifənin icrası Vüqar Rafik oğlu Abdullayevə həvalə edilsin.
