“Atçılıq haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişikliklər edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 11-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Atçılıq haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2007, № 5, maddə 399; 2008, № 6, maddə 462; 2009, № 12, maddə 954; 2017, № 1, maddə 13) aşağıdakı dəyişikliklər edilsin:
1. 2-ci maddədə “Damazlıq işi haqqında” sözləri “Damazlıq heyvandarlıq haqqında” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
2. 11.3-cü maddədə “subyektlərin qanunvericiliklə müəyyən edilmiş qaydada məsuliyyətə cəlb edilməsi” sözləri “subyektləri Azərbaycan Respublikasının İnzibati Xətalar Məcəlləsi ilə müəyyən edilmiş qaydada məsuliyyətə cəlb etmək” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
