Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 19-cu bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Dövlət qulluğu haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişikliklər edilməsi barədə” Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2016-cı il 31 may tarixli 267-VQD nömrəli Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2016, № 8, maddə 1365) 2.1-ci maddəsində “müddəaları” sözü “1.2-ci, 1.3-cü və 1.8-ci maddələri” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
