Maddə 1. Təltif edilən şəxslər
“Azərbaycan Ordusunun 100 illiyi (1918-2018)” Azərbaycan Respublikasının yubiley medalı ilə 2018-ci il iyunun 26-dək Azərbaycan Ordusunda həqiqi hərbi xidmət keçən və döyüş hazırlığında uğurlar qazanmış, habelə Azərbaycan Ordusundan ehtiyata və ya istefaya buraxılmış, Azərbaycan Ordusunun qurulmasında və möhkəmləndirilməsində fəal iştirak edən zabit, gizir, miçman və müddətdən artıq həqiqi hərbi xidmət hərbi qulluqçuları təltif edilirlər.
Maddə 2. Təltif edən orqan
“Azərbaycan Ordusunun 100 illiyi (1918-2018)” Azərbaycan Respublikasının yubiley medalı ilə bu Əsasnamənin 1-ci maddəsində göstərilən şəxslər müvafiq icra hakimiyyəti orqanı tərəfindən təltif edilirlər.
Maddə 3. Taxılma qaydası
“Azərbaycan Ordusunun 100 illiyi (1918-2018)” Azərbaycan Respublikasının yubiley medalı döşün sol tərəfinə, Azərbaycan Respublikasının digər orden və medalları olduqda “Azərbaycan Respublikası Silahlı Qüvvələrinin 95 illiyi (1918-2013)” Azərbaycan Respublikasının yubiley medalından sonra taxılır.
