“Haqsız rəqabət haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 12-ci və 26-cı bəndlərini rəhbər tutaraq, “Haqsız rəqabət haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununu “Reklam haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2015-ci il 15 may tarixli 1281-IVQ nömrəli Qanununa uyğunlaşdırmaq məqsədi ilə qərara alır:
“Haqsız rəqabət haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikası Ali Sovetinin Məlumatı, 1995, № 23-24, maddə 366; Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2001, № 11, maddələr 683, 686; 2004, № 2, maddə 57; 2015, № 4, maddə 370) 9-cu maddəsinin üçüncü abzasında “qanunsuz” sözü “haqsız, qeyri-dəqiq və gizli” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
