Bir sıra apellyasiya məhkəmələri sədrlərinin təyin edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Tapdıq Şükür oğlu Mahmudov Gəncə Apellyasiya Məhkəməsinin sədri təyin edilsin.
2. Səadət İnayət qızı Bəktaşi Sumqayıt Apellyasiya Məhkəməsinin sədri təyin edilsin.
3. Rəşadət Əhməd oğlu Ağayev Şirvan Apellyasiya Məhkəməsinin sədri təyin edilsin.
4. Mübariz Dosməmməd oğlu Əkbərov Şəki Apellyasiya Məhkəməsinin sədri təyin edilsin.
5. Bu Sərəncamın 1-3-cü hissələri 2017-ci il iyulun 16-dan, 4-cü hissəsi 2017-ci il iyulun 28-dən qüvvəyə minir.
