Sumqayıt Apellyasiya Məhkəməsi hakimlərinin təyin edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Milli Məclisinin Qərarı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 95-ci maddəsinin I hissəsinin 10-cu bəndinə, 132-ci maddəsinin II hissəsinə, “Məhkəmələr və hakimlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun 94-cü maddəsinin ikinci hissəsinə və 97-ci maddəsinin ikinci hissəsinə uyğun olaraq, Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin təqdimatına əsasən Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi qərara alır:
1. 2017-ci il iyulun 16-da səlahiyyət müddəti bitən aşağıdakı hakimlər Sumqayıt Apellyasiya Məhkəməsinin hakimləri təyin edilsinlər:
Səadət İnayət qızı Bəktaşi,
Elman Gülbaba oğlu Rəhimov.
2. 2017-ci il iyulun 28-də səlahiyyət müddəti bitən Lətifə Məhyəddin qızı Məmmədova Sumqayıt Apellyasiya Məhkəməsinin hakimi təyin edilsin.
3. Aşağıdakı hakimlər vəzifələri dəyişdirilərək Sumqayıt Apellyasiya Məhkəməsinin hakimləri təyin edilsinlər:
Zaur İkram oğlu Məmmədov,
Elman Məmməd oğlu Əhmədov.
4. Bu Qərarın 1-ci bəndi 2017-ci il iyulun 16-dan, 2-3-cü bəndləri 2017-ci il iyulun 28-dən qüvvəyə minir.
