Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2006-cı il 13 fevral tarixli 363 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2006, № 2, maddə 80, № 3, maddə 235; 2007, № 9, maddə 870; 2008, № 11, maddə 970; 2009, № 5, maddə 323; 2011, № 2, maddə 85; 2012, № 3, maddə 198; 2016, № 5, maddə 863, № 7, maddə 1263) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Mərkəzi icra hakimiyyəti orqanlarının Nümunəvi Əsasnaməsi”nin 14.4-cü bəndində “yerli orqanların” sözləri “yerli bölmələrin” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
