Sumqayıt şəhərində avtomobil yollarının əsaslı təmiri işlərinin davam etdirilməsi ilə bağlı əlavə tədbirlər haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Sumqayıt şəhərində avtomobil yollarının əsaslı təmiri işlərinin davam etdirilməsi məqsədi ilə Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2017-ci il dövlət büdcəsində nəzərdə tutulmuş Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin ehtiyat fondundan Sumqayıt Şəhər İcra Hakimiyyətinə 4,0 (dörd) milyon manat ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində göstərilən məbləğdə maliyyələşməni təmin etsin.
