“Reklam haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 26-cı bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “Azərbaycan Respublikasının Mülki Məcəlləsində dəyişikliklər edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2015-ci il 29 dekabr tarixli 98-VQD nömrəli Qanununun tətbiqi ilə əlaqədar qərara alır:
“Reklam haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2015, № 7, maddə 812; 2016, № 11, maddə 1755; Azərbaycan Respublikasının 28 oktyabr tarixli 382-VQD nömrəli Qanunu) 4.5-ci maddəsinə “təşkilatları,” sözündən sonra “publik hüquqi şəxslər,” sözləri əlavə edilsin.
