“Məcburi köçkünlərin müvəqqəti yerləşdirilməsi fondunun yaşayış sahələrinin verilməsi Qaydası”nın təsdiq edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabinetinin QƏRARI
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 119-cu maddəsinin səkkizinci abzasını rəhbər tutaraq Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti qərara alır:
1. “Məcburi köçkünlərin müvəqqəti yerləşdirilməsi fondunun yaşayış sahələrinin verilməsi Qaydası” təsdiq edilsin (əlavə olunur).
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qaçqınların və Məcburi Köçkünlərin İşləri üzrə Dövlət Komitəsinə və yerli icra hakimiyyətlərinə tapşırılsın ki, bu qərarın 1-ci hissəsi ilə təsdiq edilmiş Qaydanın icrası ilə bağlı müvafiq tədbirlər həyata keçirsinlər.
