Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2004-cü il 10 dekabr tarixli 153 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2004, № 12, maddə 999; 2010, № 3, maddə 180) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Poçt göndərişlərinə təhlükəsizlik nəzarəti Qaydaları”nda dəyişikliklər təsdiq edilsin.
