Azərbaycan Respublikasının İnzibati Xətalar Məcəlləsində dəyişiklik edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 17-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
Azərbaycan Respublikası İnzibati Xətalar Məcəlləsinin (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2016, № 2, I kitab, maddə 202, № 3, maddələr 397, 403, 429, № 4 maddələr 631, 647, 654, № 5 maddələr 835, 846, № 6 maddələr 997, 1010, № 7, maddələr 1247, 1249) 602.4-cü maddəsində “verilməməsinə və” sözləri “verilməməsinə, təhrif olunmuş, yanlış məlumatın verilməsinə və ya” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
