Mətbuat işçiləri üçün yaşayış binasının tikintisinin davam etdirilməsi ilə bağlı əlavə tədbirlər haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Azərbaycan mətbuat işçilərinin mənzil şəraitinin yaxşılaşdırılması üçün inşa olunan yaşayış binasının tikintisinin davam etdirilməsi məqsədilə 2016-cı il dövlət büdcəsində nəzərdə tutulmuş Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin ehtiyat fondundan Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti yanında Kütləvi İnformasiya Vasitələrinin İnkişafına Dövlət Dəstəyi Fonduna 3,0 (üç) milyon manat ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində göstərilən məbləğdə maliyyələşməni təmin etsin.
