Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
“Azərbaycan Respublikası Vergilər Nazirliyi kollegiyasının tərkibinin təsdiq edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2001-ci il 29 mart tarixli 665 nömrəli Sərəncamının (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2001, № 3, maddə 195; 2005, № 11, maddə 1049; 2009, № 9, maddə 713; 2013, № 7, maddə 822; 2015, № 2, maddə 146) 1-ci hissəsində “Xüsusi Rejimli Vergi Xidməti” sözləri “1 saylı Vergilər” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
