Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2003-cü il 10 iyun tarixli 880 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2003, № 6, maddə 286; 2006, № 11, maddə 945; 2007, № 6, maddə 601; 2008, № 8, maddə 719, № 11, maddələr 969, 970; 2009, № 2, maddə 64, № 12, maddə 983; 2011, № 2, maddə 85; 2014 №10, maddə 1186, № 12, maddə 1578) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nəqliyyat Nazirliyi haqqında Əsasnamə”nin 9.34-1-ci bəndi ləğv edilsin.
