Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, Azərbaycan Respublikasının Müəllif Hüquqları Agentliyinin fəaliyyətinin təmin edilməsi ilə əlaqədar qərara alıram:
“Bir sıra mərkəzi icra hakimiyyəti orqanlarının strukturlarının təsdiq edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2010-cu il 14 iyul tarixli 1015 nömrəli Sərəncamının (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2010, № 7, maddə 657; 2012, № 4, maddə 365, № 6, maddə 555; 2013, № 8, maddə 982; 2014, № 10, maddə 1226, № 11, maddə 1414; 2016, № 2 (II kitab), maddə 250, № 9, maddə 1505; 2017, № 5, maddə 801) 11-ci hissəsi ləğv edilsin.
