“Ailə kəndli təsərrüfatı haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 16-cı bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Ailə kəndli təsərrüfatı haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2005, № 11, maddə 992; 2017, № 1, maddə 12) aşağıdakı dəyişikliklər edilsin:
1. 1.4-cü maddədə “verilən” sözü “təqdim edilən” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
2. 5.2-ci maddənin ikinci cümləsində “forması və verilmə” sözləri “məzmunu və təqdim edilmə” sözləri ilə və üçüncü cümləsində “verilməsi” sözü “təqdim edilməsi” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
