Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “Aqrar sığorta haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2019-cu il 27 iyun tarixli 1617-VQ nömrəli Qanununun icrası ilə əlaqədar qərara alıram:
“Kənd təsərrüfatında sığortanın stimullaşdırılması haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun tətbiq edilməsi barədə” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2002-ci il 5 oktyabr tarixli 793 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2002, № 10, maddə 589; 2016, № 8, maddə 1372) ləğv edilsin.
