Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycanda dəmir yolu nəqliyyatının inkişafında xidmətlərinə görə aşağıdakı şəxslərə “Əməkdar mühəndis” fəxri adı verilsin:
Əliyev Musa Ərrəhman oğlu
Kərimov Pənah Sabir oğlu
Məmmədov Hikmət Şamil oğlu
Səfərov Məzahir Əli oğlu.
