“Çayçılıq haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 24-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “Çayçılıq haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununu “Reklam haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2015-ci il 15 may tarixli 1281-IVQ nömrəli Qanununa uyğunlaşdırmaq məqsədi ilə qərara alır:
“Çayçılıq haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2004, № 11, maddə 881; 2007, № 12, maddə 1218; 2016, № 7, maddə 1242) 17.3-cü maddəsində “Azərbaycan Respublikasının qanunvericiliyinə” sözləri “Reklam haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununa” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
